Dr. Richard Scotch, at right in photo above with his wife, Jenny Keller, and a former colleague, Dr. Donald Hicks, was honored at a May 2 retirement party for his 42 years of service to UT Dallas. But there is so much more to Scotch’s legacy, which includes delivering the 2025 Polykarp Kusch Lecture, than his impressive longevity. Memorable Excursion, Innumerable Benefits

Dr. Carol Cirulli Lanham (pictured above) continued her quest to grow the Virtual Exchange/Collaborative Online International Learning (VE/COIL) program when she spent three weeks in Australia as a Fulbright Specialist. It was the trip of a lifetime — and her career — as she worked alongside educators from across the world. “It’s all about the networking,” she said.

Vice President for Academic Affairs and Provost

Dr. Inga H. Musselman’s responsibilities include faculty hiring and advancement, academic programs and facilities, and budget priorities and budget allocations for the seven UT Dallas schools. She is the University’s primary contact with the Office of Academic Affairs for The University of Texas System.
