The Department of Molecular and Cell Biology in the School of Natural Sciences and Mathematics at The University of Texas at Dallas seeks applications for a post-doctoral research scientist to support research in detecting cancer-related variations from next-generation sequencing data.
The successful applicant will be responsible for assisting in the supervision of doctoral students, developing new areas of research, and writing grant applications. A strong record of relevant research is required for this position. Experience with next generation sequencing data or SNP-array data analysis is required. A background in network biology is preferred.
