Clinical Professor - Marketing (pmr140509)
The Naveen Jindal School of Management seeks applicants for a non-tenure track Clinical Professor position to join the marketing faculty. The candidate will teach marketing courses at the graduate and undergraduate levels, and assist with curriculum planning, design, and implementation. Applicants must have a doctoral degree (PhD, DBA) or expect to have one by the start date. Rank is based upon qualifications and experience. Special preference will be given to candidates with knowledge and experience with analytic tools, marketing software, and data sources. Courses will include analytical and marketing best practices and techniques as well as critical thinking skills. A high level of software proficiency is required with the latest marketing tools; staying abreast of changes in the marketing field and platforms is essential. The courses will also consist of laboratory sessions and practicums often in collaboration with industry. The position requires participation in student mentoring activities, administrative activities, and promoting the marketing program with industry.
