The School of Economic, Political and Policy Sciences at The University of Texas at Dallas invites applications for open-rank tenure-track or tenured positions in Public Affairs. The program seeks scholars with records of significant research productivity and who have experience/interest in providing graduate level education.

Successful candidates will hold the PhD in Public Affairs / Administration, Political Science, or a related field. Preferred areas of specialization include the legal environment of public affairs / administration, administrative law, and state and/or local government. All candidates should have a strong background in public administration and public management. Experience and expertise in government and/or non-profit environments is welcomed.

Successful candidates will teach in the doctoral program in Public Affairs and the NASPAA-accredited Master of Public Affairs programs, beginning September 1, 2010. Salaries are competitive and commensurate with experience. Review of applications will begin October 1, 2009, and continue until the positions are filled.
